The stainless steel drinking bottle was created in partnership with Mizu. Mizu manufactures the bottles in China. The individual Oy design was applied in the Netherlands.

Shipping

Since we are still a small team, we can not guarantee that the product will be shipped on the same day of the order. In extreme cases, it may take up to 5 working days after receiving the order for the package to be shipped. However, we usually ship every 2-3 business days. If you are in a hurry, make sure to order right away and then contact our support: service@oysurf.com.

Return

After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the product. When trying on the product, please make sure that you have not applied body lotion beforehand. For returns, we only accept clean items with hangtag and hygiene sticker. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
